Part 1: Global Shipping & Delivery
1. Order Processing Time
Once your payment is securely authorized, our fulfillment team requires 1 to 3 business days to conduct a rigorous quality inspection and securely package your items. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Free Global Shipping
We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping to our primary target markets: the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CAD), Australia (AUD), and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). There are no minimum order limits and no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Because we source high-quality smart gadgets from specialized global manufacturing hubs, transit times vary slightly by destination. Once your order has been dispatched, please expect the following delivery times:
- UAE: 5 to 9 Business Days
- UK: 6 to 10 Business Days
- USA: 7 to 12 Business Days
- Canada & Australia: 7 to 14 Business Days
4. Tracking & Customs Duties
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours of your package leaving our warehouse. Please note that all international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). While our packages generally clear customs smoothly, any local import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees mandated by your government are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Part 2: Our 14-Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our smart gadgets. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a strict 14-Day Return Policy.
1. The 14-Day Window
You have exactly 14 calendar days from the exact date your tracking number marks the package as "Delivered" to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the item must strictly be:
- Entirely unused and in pristine, factory-fresh condition.
- Returned inside its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging.
- Inclusive of all manuals, cables, and free accessories. (Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate personal care electronics with broken seals cannot be returned.)
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send items back to the sender's address on the shipping label.
- Step 1: Email us at urbandaash@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the correct warehouse address for your region.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (buyer's remorse) or ordering the wrong color, the customer is 100% responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Company Error: If you received the wrong item, Urban Daash will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds Processing
Once we receive and physically inspect the returned item at our facility (usually taking 2-4 business days), your refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.
Part 3: Damaged or Defective Items
If your smart gadget arrives defective, malfunctioning, or dead on arrival (DOA) due to rough transit, you are fully protected.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email urbandaash@gmail.com with a short, clear video demonstrating the defect.
- Upon verification, we will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement unit at zero cost to you, or process a full refund.
